QI don't have a design file. Can I still order?
Yes. You can describe your idea, upload a reference image, or tell us what you need — we'll handle the rest and guide you through it.
QHow long does delivery take?
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Custom and complex orders may take slightly longer — we'll confirm this when you place your request.
QCan I order in bulk for corporate gifting or events?
Absolutely. We handle bulk orders for businesses, weddings, and events. Contact us via WhatsApp or the custom order form for pricing.
QWhat materials do you use?
We primarily use PLA for most products — it's strong, safe, and produces a clean finish. For specific needs like flexibility or food safety, we use PETG or other materials.
